Question

101F Bandwith Limits

Hello.

I’m considering a 101F (cluster, 2x) for a scenario with an expected 100Mbps/100Mbps, multiple VPNs IPSEC and, about, 200 users.

I’ve been told that 101F can handle 100Mbps/100Mbps bandwidth, but might struggle if the bandwidth improves.

How can I know the limits of bandwidth upgrade and how can I calculate this for any other model?

You must have read the datasheet. Firewall throughput = 20Gbps, which is the same as 200E. Then you're suspecting the number of the datasheet is wrong?

I've been told recently that I should look for Threat Protection throughput for bandwidth considerations.

At 101F this means 700Mbps. I thought, just like as you said, I should look for Firewall throughput.
