Description This article describes symptoms of the Threat Analytics hyperlink problem in the FortiWeb dashboard, workaround steps, and its fix.
Scope FortiWeb, FortiWeb-VM.
Solution

In the FortiWeb dashboard, users can quickly access the Threat Analytics page with a hyperlink.

When the user selects the hyperlink, it opens to inexistent website. This occurs in FortiWeb v7.6.2, v7.4.,6 and earlier versions.

Workaround:
Browse to https://appsec.fortinet.com/ manually and log in to accessthe  Threat Analytics page.

 

Fix:

Upgrade to v7.6.3, v7.4.7 or later.
