Technical Tip: Remote admin user unable to add monitor to the Dashboard Status due to underscore

| Solution | A remote user configured for 'prof_admin' may encounter the following message when trying to add a Monitor or Widget:
The permanent solution is to update the firmware version to 7.6.7 as this issue has been fixed. However, if updating is not possible for the time being there is a workaround that can be applied: for any remote user that has been configured on the FortiWeb, do not use special characters and use only hyphen '-' if some kind of separation is needed. The following is an example:
edit "test_user"
The user 'test_user' tried to add a monitor to the dashboard but encountered the error 'Input is not as expected'. Changing the username to remove the underscore '_' (just 'testuser') causes the same operation to succeed.
