| Solution | FortiWeb Manager shows the validity of 365 days (1 year) when the validity can be 2 years/3 years etc on the support portal.
This appearance is expected. The generated file is valid for 365 days from the date it iss downloaded. Users need to download and refresh license files every 365 days and it will pull out the latest info.
Note: If after 365 days, the new file downloaded and installed does not work then reach out to the support portal |
