Technical Tip: How to configure session persistence to Server Balance server pools

| Solution | Prerequisite: - FortiWeb operates on Reverse Proxy mode. - The server pool is to be configured with Server Balance mode.
1) Goto Persistence Policy under Server Objects.
 2) Create the Persistence policy by selecting the session type.
 3) Example using the Cookie type, where the session persistence will be relying on the cookie header injected from the web application at the real servers.
 4) After creating the Persistence Policy, next will be assigning the Persistence Policy to the Server Pool with Server Balance mode.
5) The traffic load balanced from FortiWeb should have session persistence to each of the nodes according to the created policy.
