This article describes a solution for the missing FortiWeb Active AntiVirus Database for v7.4.x.

FortiWeb and FortiWeb VM.
Solution
When trying to download the Active Antivirus Database for FortiWeb version 7.4.x, from the Fortinet Support Portal Service Update at Support, the database for v7.4.x is not available.
The FortiWeb version 7.4.x uses the same Active AntiVirus Database as the FortiWeb version 7.2.x.
Users can download the database for v7.2.x and update the FortiWeb version 7.4.x accordingly.
