This article describes resolved WAN link health detection success ratio as 0% but the WAN link status is UP.

Solution

1) Set up WAN link health detection on WAN 5.

 

 

3) However the link status of WAN 5 is still UP.

 

 

 

 

4) It means even if the WAN link status test is failed but there is still inbound traffic on WAN 5:
- Enable 'Ignore inbound traffic' is possible to make sure the WAN status is only controlled by WAN link health detection.
