Solution
When using SIP or H323 protocol as VOIP signaling, enable the SIP and/or the H323 helper.
To do so, login to the CLI of the FortiWAN and type:
This will enable the modification of the SIP or H323 header to be inline with the NAT IP addresses.
To do so, login to the CLI of the FortiWAN and type:
sysctl h323-helper=1
sysctl sip-helper=1
This will enable the modification of the SIP or H323 header to be inline with the NAT IP addresses.
