Troubleshooting Tip: Recover call center license entitlement in FortiVoice

Description

This article describes how to recover license entitlement in FortiVoice devices.

Scope

FortiVoice.

Solution

If the FortiVoice Call Center entitlement has been lost and it is not possible to load the license file, use the following commands to recover it.

config system voice
    set call-center enable
end
show full-configuration system voice
get system entitlement

Note this procedure is not for a first-time license upload. A first-time license entitlement requires loading a license file into FortiVoice.

If the issue persists, capture the outputs of the previous command, get the configuration backup and open a ticket (see Customer Service Tip: How to create a ticket for Fortinet TAC) for further troubleshooting.
