Troubleshooting Tip: How to solve the error 'Call Parking' at FortiVoice Gateway and therefore the extension cannot be used

Description This article describes how to solve the error 'call parking' when an extension is used at FortiVoice Gateway.
Scope FortiVoice Gateway 6.4.x versions.
Solution

FortiVoice Gateway shows ext 305 cannot be configured because there is a message in the 'Call Parking' config.

An error can be with any extension to be used in FortiVoice Gateway.


Each time, create an extension at FortiVoice, such as not being shown at FortiVoice Gateway as an analog one.

To solve it, execute the following command:

 

execute numbers reload

 

Such a command will audit and update the provisioning number management table and will not impact calls or the system.

 

If the issue persists, the next step is to upgrade FortiVoice to version 8.0 due to bug ID 1241802.
