Technical Tip: Voicemails forwarded via web portal do not generate email notification

Scope | FortiVoice v7.4.1 (GA). |
Solution | Set up an extension with voicemail, doing the following actions respectively.
Voicemails are correctly forwarded, but there is no email generated by the FortiVoice to notify the receiving user that a voicemail has been received.
A voicemail-to-email notification should be sent to the destination extension when there is a voicemail forwarded to that extension from the web portal and/or desktop app.
