Technical Tip: How to change the GUI certificate

Description

This article describes how to change the FortiVoice GUI certificate.

Scope

FortiVoice.

Solution

1. Login to FortiVoice, go to System -> Certificate -> Local Certificate.
   
   

2. Select the certificate which has been imported into FortiVoice, select 'Assign to', select 'HTTPS' and select 'OK'.
    
   

    
3. It will prompt the following disclaimer. Select 'Yes'.
    
   
   
    
4. Refresh FortiVoice GUI, the HTTPS service is assigned for the specific certificate.
                                                  
   
    
    
5. FortiVoice GUI and the phone user web interface will be using the new certificate.
