Cause: This issue can occur if the HTTPS protocol is disabled on the switch interface.
Resolution: Ensure that HTTPS is enabled on the internal interface of the switch. FortiGate uses HTTPS to push and synchronize configurations with FortiSwitch. By default, HTTPS is enabled on all switches.
If it has been disabled, re-enable it to restore proper functionality. |
