Unable to Retrieve Email Body for Specific Emails in Exchange Integration

We have successfully integrated Microsoft Exchange with FortiSOAR. However, I’m facing an issue where the email body is not being retrieved for some specific types of emails.

For those emails, the body field only contains the following output:

\n\n</p>\n

All other details such as attachments, headers, sender, and recipient are fetched correctly, the issue is only with the email body.

Has anyone encountered this issue before or can suggest what could be causing it? Is it related to HTML body parsing or do we need to modify the connector script?
