Hello,

as per the below, while trying to integrate and fetch mails from Exchnage 2016, i faced a compatibility issue however 2016 is compatible.

This is a compatibility issue between your exchange server version and your connector version. Upgrade your connector to v4.5.1 or the current version v4.6.0

I have updated the Connector V6.4.0 however the issue still persists.

It's great that you have ruled the version compatibility issue.

Use the ms exchange host full url path as per your configuration. Something like .. http://192.168.9.45/EWS/Exchange.asmx

Additionally, confirm that Auth is enabled in your IIS for /EWS.
