FortiSOAR Date/Time fields not filtering correctly for time series widgets

Hi All,

I have been trying to setup a dashboard widget in FortiSOAR using the time series widget but when I am setting a time frame using the any date/time compatible field it doesn't seem to be filtering properly.

The results it gives me are inconsistent but range from returning all results for all time to the results for the last 30 to 60 days irrelevant of whatever time frame I have my filters set to.

Is this a known bug? is there a value I am missing? I would appreciate some help as I cannot find any reference to this type of issue after searching around for it.
