Connector Fortinet FortiGuard Threat Intelligence can't connect

Hi Guys,

I upgrade FortiSOAR to new version 7.3.0 and then connector

Fortinet Web Filter Lookup

can't connect to url "productapi.fortinet.com" and "fortiguard.com"

it show as disconnect and invalid url. How to solve it?

Hello,

Could you please test the connectivity via the curl command, does it shows connected

If not then please verify this is allowed in the firewall & Proxy.

oh, thank you for advise. after check something wrong in firewall. Now connector can connect to website.
