Configuring Permissions for the Time Series Charts Module

The Time Series Charts Solution Pack includes a module called "Time Series Charts" for storing chart configurations and query results. After installing the pack, ensure the Playbook Appliance has full Read, Update, and Delete permissions. Users who view charts need Read permissions, while those configuring them should have Create and Update permissions.
