Troubleshooting Tip: To locate and enable columns for Grid View in FortiSOAR

Description This article describes how to find and enable the required columns on FortiSOAR GUI.
Scope FortiSOAR.
Solution

If certain columns are not visible in the menu to enable them for the Grid View, users can resolve this by selecting the 'Reset Columns to Default' option.

 

For example, to locate the User ID column for Users:

  1. Navigate to Settings -> Users.
  2. Select the 'Reset Columns to Default' option.

  1. Enable the User ID or other required columns from the same menu.

The User ID or the required column should be visible on the Grid View. If the issue persists, contact the FortiSOAR Support Team for further assistance.
