Troubleshooting Tip: How to Fix parser_header error for connectors

Install the connector on the Agent node and configure it, sometimes the health check might fail with the  below error:

Error: cannot import name 'parse_header' from 'django.http.multipartparser' (/opt/cyops-integrations/.env/lib/python3.9/site-packages/django/http/multipartparser.py)

Try the below steps to fix it:

1. Check the version of the utility connector on both nodes, master, and agent.
2. There might be a case where the version of the utility connector is lower on the Agent node.
3. Upgrade the utility connector and then reinstall the main connector where the error occurred.
