Description

This article provides a solution to resolve the 'Access Denied' error on record table grids when attempting to filter using the 'Created By' field.

Scope FortiSOAR v7.5.x, v7.6.x.
Solution

Step 1:

Go to System Settings -> Roles and add the Read permission (minimum required) to the Appliance module.

 

Step 2:

Go to System Settings -> Users, select the user, select Effective View Permissions, and ensure that the Read permission for the Appliance module (minimum required) is enabled.
