Description
It is quite possible that you change the default csadmin password and forget the new set password.
By default the csadmin email id is set to soc@cybersponse.com which is not a valid email id.
When you change the default csadmin password, change the default csadmin email id too.
Users --> csadmin -->>change the email id (enter a valid email id)
Making this change will allow you to reset the password to new by clicking on the Forgot Password? at the login.
