Issue

A Report exported in PDF format does not show data in Summary widgets

Description

When a user tries to export a report in PDF format that has Summary widgets in template, the exported report does not display any data in Summary widgets. It only shows spinner icons Instead.

Root Cause

• While exporting report in PDF format using the "Report -> Summary" widget fetching data of all the fields that are associated to the module even when only a few fields used in summary widget.
• When the record data is huge in number and summary widget trying to fetch all the record fields, creates a time lag in fetching data causing to display spinner icon in PDF report.

Steps to Reproduce

• Click on “REPORTS”, go to LIBRARY tab.
• Select desired report that need to be exported into PDF format.
• Click on “EXPORT AS PDF” button.
• If the record data present in system is huge in numbers then the exported report contains spinner icons.

Fix

We are releasing the Hotfix for the same in our CyOPs™ 4.12.2 release.
