Troubleshooting Tip: Test Connectivity using IP address gets stuck at zero percent for on-prem FortiEDR API credentials

When performing a Test Connectivity at ADMIN -> Setup -> Credentials for the on-premise FortiEDR API, the test gets stuck at 0% when using the IP address of the FortiEDR server.

To ensure successful connectivity when testing the FortiEDR API:

• Use the FortiEDR server's hostname or FQDN instead of its IP address.
• Ensure that the hostname/FQDN is resolvable from the node (supervisor or collector) performing the test.
• '<IP> <Hostname>' entry for FortiEDR can be added to '/etc/hosts' file on the supervisor or collector for DNS resolution to work in case there is no internal DNS server.
