Troubleshooting Tip: Duplicate widgets appearing in downloaded reports while preview shows correct results

In some cases, duplicate widgets may appear in the downloaded PDF report, even though the Preview option in the report editor displays the correct output. This behavior can occur when the report bundle configuration becomes inconsistent, typically after modifications such as:

• Deleting or modifying widgets inside a report bundle.
• Removing individual reports from an existing bundle.
• Re-exporting a previously modified report bundle.

Although the report may appear deleted or updated in the GUI, the exported report may still reference the older bundle configuration, which can cause duplicate widgets to appear in the downloaded report. Do the following steps:

• Open the report configuration and remove the widget that appears duplicated.
• Save the report and verify whether the widget still appears in the downloaded report.
• If the issue persists, create a new report bundle instead of modifying the existing one.
• Add the required reports/widgets again to the new bundle.
• Export the report.
• Verify the name of the exported PDF file.

The downloaded report should now use the name of the newly created report bundle, and the duplicate widgets should no longer appear. If a report bundle has undergone multiple modifications, it is recommended to create a new report bundle instead of reusing the old one, as legacy references in the bundle configuration may cause inconsistencies between preview results and downloaded report output.
