| Solution | When attempting to transfer ownership of a dashboard under ADMIN -> Settings -> System -> Dashboard Ownership, the list of users to transfer to is blank, or the transfer action is greyed out.
This issue typically occurs due to insufficient role privileges of the target user. This prevents administrators from transferring dashboard ownership as expected.
