Solution
ZoneFox recommends that users of the ZoneFox console adopt the latest version of Google Chrome as their browser of choice for access.
The following browsers are supported:
- Chromium
- Google Chrome
- Firefox
- Microsoft Edge
- Apple Safari
The following browsers are not supported and may display unusual or unexpected behaviour when accessing the ZoneFox console:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer
- Konqueror
- Opera
The ZoneFox Console user interface is not optimised for use with touch devices, so we recommend use of a mouse and keyboard as the input devices for interaction with the console.
