I can't access the ZoneFox console

Troubleshooting


Solution

The ZoneFox console runs as a website on a Windows server.  On the Windows server:

  • Open the Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager
  • Select Sites, expanding the list of available sites
  • Select ZoneFox and ensure that the Start entry is greyed out, meaning the website is running.  If it isn’t running, click on Start
  • Check the log file at C:inetpubwwwrootInquisitiveSystemsZonefoxDiagnosticsPL.API.txt
