Technical Note: ZoneFox 4.0 - How to check the health of the Collector Server

Troubleshooting

On the Windows server(s) where the Collector Server(s) is installed, check it is running:

1. Open the Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager
2. Select Sites and expand the list of available websites
3. Select the CollectorServer site and ensure the Start entry is greyed out, showing the site is currently running.  If it isn't running, click on Start
   
   
   
   
   
4. Check the Collector Server log files located in C:inetpubInquisitiveSystemsCollectorServerDiagnostics
