Description

How is data stored and segregated from other clients using hosted ZoneFox

Scope

FAQ

Solution

All data is stored in an Elasticsearch database on an Ubuntu (Linux) server at the ZoneFox back-end.

ZoneFox is not a multi-tenanted system, therefore no segregation is required as each set of back-end servers, including the database, are dedicated to a particular client.  In addition, access to a client's system is locked down to the public IP-address provided by a client (and ZoneFox for administration purposes).
