On Hosted ZoneFox, backups are managed for you by ZoneFox. 

For on-premise deployments, you can backup the ZoneFox instances in the same way you would back up other VMs. ZoneFox events and alerts are stored on disks attached to your Linux instances, so these should likely be your focus for backup. ZoneFox Support can provide assistance if you want to store backups in your own AWS S3 account for off-site backup.
