Users are unable to login to ZoneFox when disk is full on Elasticsearch server

Solution

Users are not able to login to the ZoneFox dashboard, getting the error message:


The user name or password provided is incorrect



This issue happens when there is no free disk space on the Linux server (Ubunto or Centos) where the Elasticsearch database is installed.  Please check your Linux server(s) for available resources and take appropriate action to free up disk space, or increase the disk space available.
