Solution
Login to the ZoneFox dashboard as an administrator and select the ADMINISTRATION - Users & Teams menu option.

In the User Management page, click on the CREATE NEW USER button.
Fill in the details for the New User - if your ZoneFox system is configured to access Active Directory you can browse and select users there.
Select the required Roles (which control what functionality the user will have access to):

For ZoneFox accounts (i.e not Active Directory) supply a Password and SAVE the details:
