Problem
Events are showing the local time of the machine the agent is installed on, rather than UTC.
Solution
This problem only exists in v3.1 agents, which send events with their local time, instead of UTC. Agents prior to v3.1 are not affected by this issue.
This issue has been resolved in v3.2.
