Solution

Here is a step by step guide.

1. Login to the FortiSIEM Supervisor node via SSH as root.

2. Run the following command 

# cat /sys/class/dmi/id/product_uuid

564FD640-E205-9862-8E08-25BDCA85C65D

Alternatively

# phgetUUID

564FD640-E205-9862-8E08-25BDCA85C65D

Or

https://<ip_of_supervisor>/phoenix/licenseUpload.html

NOTE: HARDWARE ID will be displayed upon loading that address

4. Copy the output and provide provide this to Customer Service to Update the License
