Incidents can be cleared in 3 ways.
- Manual Clear Incident is cleared by a user via the AO UI, Incident tab.
- Clear Incident is cleared because Clear Condition of rule that generated the incident is met.
- System Clear Incident is cleared by the system as regular maintenance.
