Summary of Topic

Incidents can be cleared in 3 ways.

  1. Manual Clear   Incident is cleared by a user via the AO UI, Incident tab.
  2. Clear             Incident is cleared because Clear Condition of rule that generated the incident is met.  
  3. System Clear  Incident is cleared by the system as regular maintenance.
