Offline collector upgrade (version 4.6.x) instructions: 

Offline collector upgrade (please backup the collector before upgrading): 
a - go to https://images.accelops.net/upgrade/co/4.6.1/ 
b - download this file: https://images.accelops.net/upgrade/co/4.6.1/accelops-collector-4.6.1.1055.rpm 
c - upload that file onto the accelops collector, place in /tmp 
d - cd /tmp 
e - rpm -qa | grep collector 
f - rpm -e <result name from e> 
g- touch /opt/phoenix/bin/VERSION -- additional step 
h - rpm -i accelops-collector-4.6.1.1055.rpm 
i - reboot
