Description

Summary of Topic

This article will explain what "succeed rate too low: 0" means for the entire message:

"Collector system error 'Succeed Rate too low: 0'"

Additional Information

The "succeed ratio too low: 0"  results when the system detects that the Collector has not been sending in event data.

This could be due to things like intermittent network connectivity between the Collector and the Super/Workers (if you use Workers).

It could also be due to the Collector being unable to pull performance data, or not receiving log data,  from the devices it manages, due to connectivity issues, password changes, etc.
