Technical Note: [Accelops KB] How to download an AO VA image with specified URL

Summary of Article

Sometimes Accelops Support will provide upgrade paths that are outside of the ordinary standards in order to have upgrade patches done.

99% of the task will be the same as upgrading normally when we have a GA release.

The only caveat is that we will add an additional parameter to AO in order to allow you to upgrade to the specific path

Information

Normally the download command will be the following:

• FOR Non-AWS: /pbin/phdownloadimage <license username> <license password>
• FOR AWS: /opt/phoenix/deployment/jumpbox/phdownloadimage <license username> <license password>

If we specify a specific address, please add it into the command:

• FOR Non-AWS: /pbin/phdownloadimage <license username> <license password> <Specified address>
• FOR AWS: /opt/phoenix/deployment/jumpbox/phdownloadimage <license username> <license password> <Specified address>

Right after the confirmation to download you should see the following URL:
