Technical Note: [Accelops KB] Error 'failed (internal file I/O error)' when running Test Connectivity for a SSH credential
Description
When I run a Test Connectivity for a SSH credential I received an error "failed (internal file I/O error)". But I have successfully run this before.
Why am I getting this error?
Answer
The RSA public key is no longer valid.
Please follow the steps in the related KB article "How to reset SSH key" to resolve.
