After changing a device IP address, how is it updated in the monitoring devices list?

You need to remove the old IP address from monitoring and then update it in CMDB.
 
Then go to Admin->Setup Wizard, select “Monitor change/Performance”, and disable the previous IP address, then click “Apply”.
 
Then go to CMDB and select “Devices” under the left panel, find and highlight the old IP address, click “Edit”, and change the IP address.
