Technical Note: [Accelops KB] Configuration - How to re-register Accelops Super

Sometimes Accelops may have issues overwriting the license file.  The following will provide you a way to remedy this problem if you cannot properly register or re-register AO

1 – ssh into AO

2 – cd /etc/opsd/

3 – ls –la

4 – rm –f the file that is there (either it’s a .phoenixXXXXXX or .accelopsXXX)

5 – killall -9 phMonitor

6 – wait for phMonitor to come back (run: phstatus)

7 – go to https://<ip_of_super>/phoenix/register.jsf

8 – re-register
