One device with multiple IPs in CMDB

Hello all, If there a device sending syslog using specific IP and send SNMP traps with another IP, What should I do in FortiSIEM side to make them appear as one device in CMDB?

    Hi Osama

    As far as I know different IP addresses are considered as different devices.

    Check PartBhat’s response in this topic:

    The solution would be to modify your device routing in order to send both syslog and traps with the same IP.

    But there is no way to merge the two IPs under one device in the CMDB?

    According to TAC support this is possible both automatically and manually, but I don’t know how to do it.

    Hope some other experienced member can help.
