license for FortiSIEM and FortiSOAR

Hello everyone,I am currently trying to obtain a trial license for FortiSIEM and FortiSOAR, but I have not been able to get any response so far.I have already contacted both Fortinet sales and support teams. The support team redirected me to sales, but despite reaching out to sales, I have not received any response for more than 15 days now.I am genuinely interested in testing these solutions and potentially moving forward with a professional engagement through my company. However, I am currently stuck and going in circles.If anyone knows who I should contact or how to proceed to obtain a trial license, I would really appreciate your help.Thank you in advance.

Usually, this should be a task for your local Fortinet Partner.

Do you have someone who sold/implemented other Fortinet products for your company before?

If not, what's your geographic region you are located in?

For FortiSOAR, you will be able to get a VM image which allows almost all functionality, but only a certain amount of automations per day.

Fort FortiSIEM, you will definitely need a evaluation license (30 days) that Fortinet/your Fortinet Partner needs to create for you.

For both products, you will need a baseline of knowledge for the installation process and for testing the product effectively. That's the reason why you usually get redirected to a Partner who sets up a proof of concept with you.
