I want to run remote updates and fresh installs of WindowsAgents 4.4 from SIEM 6.7.9 AND SIEM 7.1.3

Hello, I need the steps to setup the end point devices for first time installs and also to accept updates of Windows Agents

I have SIEM 7.1.3  and SIEM 6.7.9

I need steps to run on the clients end points to accept agent install/upgrades via SIEM GUI where I have loaded the agent 4.4.1.    

I had to do somethign similar for downloading and upgrading Collectors.

Of course Agent Health where I will try to downland and install, ( so far it times out way to soon via the SIEM GUI) so I can successfully send agent installs and upgrades.  Can I do both using Agent 4.4.1? Will that WindowslogAgent 4.4.1.zip handle both upgrades and full installs? 

I have loaded the AutoUpdate.exe and the FSMLogAgent.exe  files to the Super using Image Server, .I assume this 443 UDP to the endpoint?

I try to run the download to a client endpoint and It just spins for a second then  does nothing. Also I check the backgrond tasks and nothing shows.

Where are the detailed docs for checking the endpoint will accept the upgrade?
