FortiSIEM troubleshooting

Dear Sir 

 

I want to  reboot the our FortiSIEM server , and need to close all services by command line  before do that to prevent any crash for the Database or service after the reboot , if you have a y document please provide us

    I apply the phtools --stop all but not all ph service was stopped ph.png

    Hello @makeel,

    here is the command bellow 

    --

    phxctl reboot

     

    it can take some time for some of the application servers to restart.
