FortiSIEM - Slow Incident Tab

We are currently experiencing an issue where the Incident tab is taking a significant amount of time to load. While the list of incidents is displayed after opening the Incident tab, navigating to other sections within the Incident module is extremely slow. In some cases, the page becomes stuck in the loading state and does not respond.

Could you please help us identify the possible cause of this issue and advise on the appropriate troubleshooting steps or resolution?
