Fortisiem sending blank emails and notifications
Hello. I’ve searched the forums and the internet for a fix, but I haven't found anything that matches my specific issue.
We are running FortiSIEM 7.4.1.0452. I am trying to set up email and webhook notifications for high-severity incidents. Although the rules are triggering and notifications are being sent, they arrive completely blank. I have already configured an email template (with FSM variables) and assigned it to the automation policy, but the problem persists.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
