FortiSIEM deployment failed

Hi EveryOne 

One of the deployment I was involved observed following

1) It was on oracle KVM , VM was created using vmware OVA

2) after selecting 'Supervisor' and 'installed without fips' option it failed with following error

Error "No disk requirements found for platform 'FSIEM UNKONWN' and role 'super' Please check the configuration

When hit the command - get system status ,  it shows following 

Platform Type                   : FSIEM Unknown
Platform Full Name              : FortiSIEM-Unknown
Version                         : Unknown. Perform Factory Reset via execute factoryreset
