Custom Threat Feed Integration in FortiSIEM

I want to create an Threat Feed Integration in FortiSIEM to fetch the Third Party Threat Intelligence data via API and ingest the response data as events in FortiSIEM. As soon as the user configures credentials, the above process should be carried out in regular intervals defined by user in credentials.

How can I create such an integration/collector?
